Events
There have been hundreds of Octopus Club events of every size, shape, and persuasion. Many are by invitation only in people's homes - parties thrown for their personal friends. But for the big parties, everyone is enthusiasticly invited. Currently there are four of these parties that repeat regularly for you to join in the "fun-raising" for the Paul Kirby Fund. By tradition each one is very different. The diversity of our events is intentional-we want people from all walks of life to attend. Because HIV and AIDS are not limited to one subset of people, neither are our events. So come to one or come to all, but please come, enjoy yourself and bring a friend to share the tradition.
ArtErotica
Dubbed the "Sexiest Nonprofit Fundraiser" by The AustinChronicle, ArtErotica is an annual art auction and party featuring over 200 pieces of artwork in a variety of mediums. Galleries, artists and patrons alike donate the artwork for ArtErotica; making this event the most unique, fun and entertaining art show in Austin.

OctoTea Dance
The most famous of all Octopus Club parties, the OctoTea Dance features live entertainment, a raffle and a silent auction filled with donated show tickets, trips, personal care items, incredible artwork and more. The Grooves start in the afternoon, just as the sun begins to set and the all night dance party begins. Without a doubt Austin's largest dance party, OctoTea brings in an average of over 700 attendees a year and raises approximately $60,000 for the Paul Kirby Fund.
