EVERY PENNY FROM TICKET SALES, RAFFLES, AUCTION, AND CORPORATE CONTRIBUTIONS GOES TO THE PAUL KIRBY EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUND.

Ever wonder how the Octopus Club can put on such great parties, and still honor this pledge?

Two reasons:  Hosts and Hostesses. 

Due to the generosity of our hosts and hostesses, the Octopus Club continues, year after year, to make good on our promise to donate all other proceeds to the Kirby Fund. The Planning Committee works hard to get everything possible donated, but we need host contributions pay for the space, permits, supplies, security, and other unavoidable costs.   

Simply put, without hosts – Octotea 16 doesn’t happen.  Hosts can also help to sell tickets, and often volunteer in other capacities, as well. Being a Host Means That This is Your Event.

Hosts are Ambassadors for Octotea 16.  It’s your party.  Let everyone know that YOU are putting on the hottest party of the year – ALL FOR A GREAT CAUSE!

Host donations can also be charged through AIDS Services of Austin at 512-406-6115. 

Ticket prices are $65 at the door; $50 online or at outlets and $40 at selected pre-Tea events, so there is an incentive to become a host.
